Pre-Order Payment: When you pre-order a figure, you will be required to pay a non-refundable of the full price of the figure upfront.
Release Date: The release date for the figure is subject to change by the manufacturer BUT its always 1 month after the payment of said figure. We will make every effort to keep you updated on any changes. Or Contact us thru our chatbox we are happy to help you.
Order Changes: If you wish to change your pre-order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Payment Deadline: If you have paid a deposit, the final payment will be due when the figure is ready to ship. We will notify you when the figure is available and provide a deadline for payment. If payment is not received by the deadline, your pre-order may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Availability: Pre-orders are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure that we can fulfill all pre-orders, there may be instances where we are unable to do so. In such cases, we will notify you and refund your deposit or payment in full.
Shipping: Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are available. We will make every effort to ship your order promptly, but we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.
